Over the years, we’ve visited New York—especially Manhattan—many times! It’s one of our favorite cities in the US and there’s plenty to do once you’re in the Big Apple.

Make sure you don’t miss the world-famous Broadway shows dotted around Times Square. If you’re unfamiliar, it’s best to describe Broadway as the West End in London: it’s the area where all the iconic shows are located.

So, to help you get the most out of your visit to New York, I’m sharing the top Broadway shows you can’t miss.

1.) Moulin Rouge! The Musical

We loved seeing the Moulin Rouge! A musical on Broadway and it’s a show you don’t want to miss when visiting New York.

The show follows the love story of Christian and Satine (who is part of the Moulin Rouge cabaret in Paris) and the production is out of this world.

The show is so fun-filled and energetic, when it’s over you’ll feel like you’ve left the biggest party in Manhattan. We chose Can Can! The table seating, located right in the middle of the action, was pretty incredible.

Oh, and always be sure to go The Broadway Collection website To help you choose your shows to watch. The site provides descriptions, images, photos and more and helps you make the right choice of shows and seats by connecting you to the official, most trusted sites for buying tickets.
