Whenever we visit New York, we always book at least one Broadway Performances for new shows we haven’t seen. Last time, it was Moulin Rouge! The musical (which was amazing, by the way), next time we visit, I think we’ll see again and Juliet. The music is incredible.

Anyway, I’m rambling, but I wanted to share some of the current Broadway shows that you really don’t want to miss once you get to New York. This way, you can book your tickets through individual theaters and be sure to get the seats you want before reaching the city.

Trust me, we’ve tried to ‘wing it’ before and only come forward for late availability. Yes, you can get lucky; But we always think it’s better to book the best shows, with the best seats, before coming to the Big Apple. That way, there’s no stress on the day and you know your ticket is in your pocket—or in your smartphone.

So, take a look at some of the current Broadway shows in New York that you won’t want to miss.

Aladdin brings the undeniable magic of Disney to the Broadway stage. If you are familiar with the story of Aladdin, you will know that it focuses on the love story between Aladdin and Princess Jasmine. It’s still one of my favorite shows on Broadway, even though Jafar is something of a terror!

Not only that, but the set is just mind-blowing. They have truly brought the magic of the film alive to the flying carpet…
