For the fall and holiday travel season, one of London’s most anticipated hotels is almost ready to open its doors.

According to the hotel’s website, Park Hyatt London River Thames Open for booking from 1 October. However, a TPG search for bookings did not show available rooms until early November. Either way, this is good news for World of Hyatt fans planning a trip to London.

The 203-room hotel, originally due to open in 2022, is part of the wider One Nine Elms development (a mixed-use skyscraper project currently under construction) on the Thames waterfront, east of Battersea and west of Vauxhall. Park Hyatt London River Thames, one of TPG’s most anticipated hotel openings this year, is well connected to the rest of the city thanks to the brand new Nine Elms station on the Northern Line extension – meaning you can roll out of bed and ginger a borough market. Sausage rolls in less than 30 minutes at the Pig.

A world of Hyatt members looking to burn points at a hotel should know that the new Park Hyatt is a Category 7 property, meaning award nights range from 25,000 points to 35,000 points per night. Of course, those who have achieved Globalist status can redeem their Free Night Award Certificate (applicable to Category 1 to 7 hotels) by staying here.

Guests looking to check into the Park Hyatt London River Thames can expect a mix of brightly decorated, luxury guest rooms with city or river views. Those looking to splurge can choose from one of the Park Hyatt’s suites, which range from spacious rooms with river views to the 1,851-square-foot Presidential Suite, with private elevator access and butler service.

After all, what’s the point of going to London if you can’t live like royalty?
