The report highlights MCI Group’s pioneering efforts in sustainable and inclusive business practices, signaling the future of responsible innovation.

Advancing sustainability and inclusion

A committed signatory to the UN Global Compact Agreement, MCI Group has dedicated more than 15 years to advancing sustainability. In 2023, the organization collaborated with the Net Zero Carbon Events initiative for Global Destination Sustainability and the GDS Awards, reinforcing its commitment to sustainable operations. By 2025, MCI Group aims to include environmental and social carbon tracking in all client proposals, driving stakeholders towards sustainable practices.

Reduce carbon emissions

MCI Group meticulously tracks and reports its environmental impact by introducing effective measurement tools. By the end of 2024, it plans to deploy a centralized platform to evaluate its suppliers and partners, targeting net zero carbon emissions in its operations by 2030.

Increase diversity and inclusion

With employees from over 70 countries, MCI Group has an inclusive culture, with 87% of its employees expressing a strong sense of belonging annually. The company maintains gender balance with 68% of roles occupied by women and has launched 41 initiatives aimed at improving mental health and well-being.

Upholding top-level data protection

In 2023, MCI Suisse SA reaffirmed its commitment to data security by renewing its ISO 27001 + ISO 27701 certifications. MCI Group’s excellence in data security was further highlighted by scoring 939 in the Cybervadis assessment, demonstrating its leadership in cyber security.

Financial growth and global impact

MCI Group reported a turnover of €493 million in 2023, up 6% from the previous year, with 5,094 client projects spread across 31 countries and serving 1,175 clients. This growth underscores MCI Group’s global influence and commitment to reshaping the future of the marketing communications industry through sustainable and inclusive practices.
