Marriott’s luxury group of hotels wants New York City travelers to arrive and depart in sky-high style this summer — and that means taking a helicopter ride over the city’s breathtaking skyline.

The luxury group – which includes brands such as Addition, Ritz-Carlton, W Hotels, JW Marriott and Luxury Collection – is partnering with helicopter transport company Blade. Free round-trip helicopter transfers are offered to eligible hotel guests booking at certain luxury group hotels in New York. John F. of New York. Kennedy International Airport (JFK) or Newark Liberty International Airport (EWR) between now and September 2.

To qualify for the helicopter ride, which can be as short as five minutes (compared to an hour or more in traffic), guests must book a minimum two-night stay in a preferred suite at one of the following hotels:

Along with the flights, guests will also have car transportation from the hotel to the Blade Lounge, where the helicopter departs — either on East 34th Street or West 30th Street. Marriott’s luxury group is infusing the spirit of the hotel in both lounges by pumping out signature Le Labo St., music curated by W Hotels, take-home items, travel guides highlighting Luxury Collection properties and more.

Also in Blade Lounge West, the luxury group will have a bar during the summer serving drinks inspired by hotel brands such as the St. Regis Bloody Mary and the W’s signature Paloma. The lounge will feature an exclusive JW Garden that will provide fresh garnishes for cocktails. The “Drink by Destination” mixology experience will be open Tuesday through Friday the week of July 1 and Thursdays and Fridays from 3pm to 8pm throughout the summer.

But even if you don’t book one of the suites that come with free Blade transportation, all guests at participating hotels, regardless of room type, can take advantage of Preferred Pricing with Blade for stays at Luxury Group properties.
