Wine Spectator magazine has honored Council Oak Steaks and Seafood Restaurant at the Hard Rock Hotel and Casino Atlantic City with its prestigious 2024 Award of Excellence. The recognition celebrates Council Oak’s exceptional wine program, which boasts a collection of more than 350 wines from more than a dozen countries. The restaurant offers a wide selection by the glass, half-bottle and large format, showcasing a variety of different categories, regions and price points.

Overlooking the iconic Atlantic City Boardwalk, Council Oak Steaks and Seafood Restaurant is known for its sophisticated American steakhouse cuisine. Specialties include USDA dry-aged prime steaks and impeccably fresh seafood, prepared in an open kitchen equipped with top-of-the-line culinary equipment such as a Josper charcoal oven and Argentine-style wood-burning grill. Additionally, Council Oak has a butcher shop with a Himalayan salt-brick-walled chamber, where meat is aged for up to 45 days, individually selected and hand-sculpted.

Council Oak’s Bar complements its culinary offerings with a curated selection of high-end spirits enhancing the dining experience with renowned liquor and specialty options.

Council Oak Steaks & Seafood Restaurant welcomes guests with dining hours from 5pm to 10pm Sunday through Thursday, extending to 5pm to 1pm on Friday and 4pm to 1pm on Saturday. Additionally, guests can enjoy a champagne brunch experience at Council Oak every Sunday from 10am to 2pm.
