Ticket reservations for the 44th World Travel Market London, scheduled for November 5-7, 2024, will be available from June 24.

This year, event organizers are offering early access to both ticket purchases and their appointment scheduling system, aimed at enhancing preparation for participants.

Significant improvements have been introduced this year based on extensive feedback. These enhancements are designed to enrich participant experiences and maximize benefits for all involved in the travel sector.

Highlights of this year’s WTM include:

  • The theme, TravelPower—an evolution of the ‘power to change’ concept—challenges the travel community to use their influence for positive impact, posing the question, “How will you use yours?”
  • The event now runs from Tuesday to Thursday, catering to international guests and promoting a healthy work-life balance.
  • The newly introduced ‘Buyer Hospitality’ program aims to attract more high-quality travel buyers and enhance their experience.
  • The call for industry experts and conference advisors, along with the ‘Share Your Voice’ initiative for paper submissions, underscores WTM’s commitment to inclusiveness.

This iteration of WTM is set to be the biggest ever, with an unprecedented number of destinations and private organizations participating.

The conference will feature three stages and six thematic tracks with more than 50 hours of content being offered by more than 170 speakers.

The WTM Ministers’ Summit, taking place on Wednesday, November 6, will soon announce its theme.

Following the success of its inaugural event last year, the networking party will meet again on Tuesday, November 5th.

An extensive agenda awaits influencers and content creators, with a detailed networking schedule to be announced soon.

The WTM Global Travel Report is set to return in 2023 after its remarkable success and extensive global media coverage.

Tickets are free until 7th October 2024, after which they will cost £49 + VAT.

WTM London will start daily activities at 9:30am, with the first hour dedicated to spontaneous meetings. Attendees can use the centrally located Community Hub in the North and South Halls for networking, relaxation and meetings.

WTM Connect Me, the official meeting scheduler, will be accessible to exhibitors, buyers and media, complemented by the official WTM app.

Juliet Losardo, Director of Exhibitions, WTM Londonsaid: “We have been working hard since last year’s WTM to build on the successes of 2023 and continue to adapt to the rapid changes in our sector.

“We have listened to feedback from exhibitors, buyers and other delegates to ensure that WTM offers even more inspiration – and more opportunities for networking, learning and doing business.

“Our changes will ensure visitors get maximum value from attending WTM and head into 2025 armed with new strategies, new partnerships and essential business deals.”
