London, UK: The World Travel and Tourism Council (WTTC) has announced an impressive lineup of high-profile speakers for its upcoming Global Summit, featuring top leaders from the world’s leading travel and tourism enterprises.
Tourism Western Australia (TWA) will host this prestigious event in Perth (Boorloo), Western Australia from 8-10 October. The summit is recognized as the pinnacle event in the travel and tourism calendar.
With the theme “Ancient Lands: New Perspectives”, the global summit will highlight Australia’s rich cultural heritage and stunning natural landscapes, with a strong emphasis on innovation and sustainable growth.
Influential industry figures and international government officials will gather in Perth to pioneer a safer, more resilient, inclusive and sustainable future in travel and tourism.
Among the prominent business leaders scheduled to speak are Greg O’Hara, founder and senior managing director of Sertairs and WTTC Chair; Matt Goldberg, TripAdvisor CEO; Audrey Handley, American Express Travel President; Jerry Inzerillo, Diriyah Company Group CEO; Hiroyuki Takahashi, Chairman of the JTB Corp Board; and James Thornton, CEO of Intrepid Travel, among many others.
Adding a celebrity touch, acclaimed wildlife conservationist and TV presenter Robert Irwin will also address attendees. Known for his commitment to wildlife conservation and his efforts to inspire positive change, Irwin continues the legacy of his iconic father, Steve Irwin.
