Allegiant will add eight new nonstop routes to 13 different airports, the company announced early Tuesday. Introductory fares on the new route start at $39 one way.

New flights begin in November, all to warm-weather destinations in Florida. No new cities were included in the update, instead Allegiant added more flights between cities it already serves.

“The addition of the new routes is a testament to the success of our existing service in these communities,” Allegiant Chief Revenue Officer Drew Wells said in a statement. “The new service launches just in time for coastal destinations to plan warm winter holidays.”

The biggest winner in Allegiant’s latest route announcement is Savannah/Hilton Head International Airport (SAV) in Georgia, which has landed three new nonstop routes to Florida. Flights to Punta Gorda begin Nov. 14 while service to Fort Lauderdale and St. Petersburg begins a day later.

Two other Florida airports landed multiple new routes, including Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport (FLL) in South Florida and Destin-Fort Walton Beach Airport (VPS) along the Florida Panhandle.

Allegiant’s expansion also includes a boost to two smaller airports in the Northeast that have limited service on major airlines.

New York Stewart International Airport (SWF) near Newburgh, New York has landed new service to Fort Lauderdale. This new route will give Allegiant five destinations from SWF. The airport, which is located about 70 miles north of midtown Manhattan, has long been targeted as a “reliever” airport for the New York City area.

However, the airport has struggled to continue serving major carriers. SWF is currently served by only two airlines offering domestic service – Allegiant and Breeze – as well as two other smaller international carriers (Icelandic discounter Play and Atlantic Airways, which offers seasonal service to the Faroe Islands in Europe’s remote North Atlantic).

While Allegiant’s new Fort Lauderdale flights won’t dramatically change SWF’s route map, the addition will certainly be welcomed by airport officials there.

In New Hampshire, Allegiant’s new service to Sarasota will be its fourth from Portsmouth International Airport at Peace (PSM). Although Allegiant is currently the sole carrier, it will soon acquire company from Breeze Airways, which just announced new Portsmouth service last week.

The full list of Allegiant’s eight new routes is below. All are intended to be seasonal, with Allegiant typically starting with a schedule of two flights a week on most of its new routes.
