Because Southwest doesn’t typically publish its sale routes, the fastest way to find this deal is to search for your desired route using its Low Fare Calendar with the promo code “POINTS25” added. You’ll quickly find both the cheapest days to travel and the days and routes where promos are active, with strikethroughs displaying one price and then a lower price as well.
In my searches, this isn’t one of the most widely available sales I’ve seen from Southwest, but it’s still worth a quick search if you have some current Southwest award travel booked at the time or are considering a trip. Remember that you can Rebook Southwest award flights with no penalty if the price drops.

The bottom line
This sale is somewhat unique as it only applies to bookings with Southwest Rapid Rewards points, which TPG values are 1.4 cents each through December 2024. If you have Rapid Rewards points to use and are planning to take a trip in early 2025 (or have booked one, you want to reprise), this deal is worth checking out.
